Through NATO, United States of America has commenced a military offensive against Yugoslavia. Ignoring and rejecting the Yugoslavian offer for settlement of Kosovo problem, US imperialism has resorted to such an action to establish their superiority over Balkans. America is maintaining their tradition of bossing over the world and creating war atmosphere in different parts of the earth.

Weapon technology has improved in the last seven years at the same rate of computer technology. Look at the computer you are working on now and think of the computer you were using back in '91. The non nuclear weapons of 1991 quite were capable of wiping out entire civilisation with one hit. In the 20th Century we have seen two world wars, which claims millions of lives. Now we are stepping towards next millenium, people need to live in healthy and peaceful atmosphere, but not in the atmosphere of bombs, missiles and nuclear weapons. We should mobilise people's opinion throughout the World protesting US attack and aggression over the world. This is the first and foremost task for us in the present and next millenium.
