All sections of the people and political parties have extended support to the efforts to get rid of the armed infiltrators in J&K, it is surprising to see that the Defence Minister has announced that the Nawaj Sharief government and the ISI have not played any role in the infiltration. He has blamed Pakistan Army for this adventure by ignoring their government. It is highly condemnable that the union Defence Minister can make such a formulation virtually exonerating the Pakistan Government. The Defence Minister and the able Government owe an explanation to the nation for the disability to defend the borders in time. Prime Minister should give explanation to the people for the irresponsible statements of Defence Minister, which is damaging the reputation of India internationally.
