Mishra of Indian Observer as your special emissary to Pakistan, about the sugar purchased by an Indian company from the ISI backed organisation Army Welfare Trust in Pakistan and lastly the requests and urgent communications from Commander of Kargil based 121 Brigade on the threat perceptions in Kargil from August ’98 onwards.
