It may bepointed out that yesterday in the daily briefing of BJP addressed by its general secretary Narendra Modi a statement was issued by the president of the Yuva Morcha Ram Sish Rai in which Sonai Gandhi was described as a CIA agent and Italatin Mafia. He himself distributed the statement and even told the newsmen that they will campaign throughout the country by holding separate meetings and demonstration. Many papers had carried that.

When asked by the newsmen today as to what they have to say, the mellowed Narendra Modi said that on yesterday night itself, the statement was withdrawn and it was ensure that the electronic media and agencies and paper do not publish it.

This infuriated the press they pointed out how such a serious allegation is leveled in such a cavalier manner and is allowed to be distributed at all. Press people said that they should not be taken to ride by the whims of the BJP leaders. The statement was distributed in the press conference attended by the general secretary Narendra Modi and then we said it was withdrawn.

A corespondent from Enadu, from Andhra Pradesh complained that because no rejoinder was send to him the second largest newspaper in the country had carried the news item, who will take the blame of the damage to Sonai Gandhi image, will the BJP leadership will apologies for it. Narendra Modi said that Ram Shish Rai had withdrawn the statement yesterday. There seems to be no repentance from the BJP leadership as they smiled.

It was obvious that they want both they wanted that some paper should carry it also and the denial also issued which will be said in case again the issue is objected.

When asked by newsmen as to whether any disciplinary action was taken against Yuv Moracha Chief,: Modi ‘s reply was that the statement was withdrawn yesterday.

They are harping that Sonia had used the word "gaddar' (traitor) against Vajpayee in Ujjain rally. Where as congress had denied the charges. When asked to produce any video, clipping BJP leadership does not respond. In fact this is also a case when BJP leadership wants to get sympathy and are using globelian methods., but by what means, terming their leader as Gaddar, interesting while congress is saying that they have not used the word the BJP leadership are using the world for their own leader.
