It is strange but has become fashionable that both BJP and Congress have made the poorest section of the people their target to push through their "Reforms" programme. Their hypocrisy is unlimited when they both pledge to create jobs, sometimes in crores, but actually are throwing people out of jobs wherever they are in power, and also Madhya Pradesh government have eliminated two and half lakh jobs in government establishments. They are out to ‘kill’ jobs fast and to the largest number possible and the poor employees are to bear the brunt of it.

CITU demands that these daily rated employees should immediately be taken back to work. They are eligible for permanent employment as per the law of the land, and the government must act accordingly. Already some employees have committed suicide because of this. These employees and their families must be saved from starvation and ruination.
