As we go online comes the welcome news of the resignation of Mr. Nitish Kumar as the Chief Minister of Bihar, and installation of Rabri Devi as Bihar Chief Minister. It became clear that he could never have won the confidence vote! In the first place, this illegitimate government was thrust upon Bihar by a brazenly partisan decision of the Governor, V.C. Pande.
